How do I raise my vibration? It’s not uncommon to find this topic being discussed in the social spiritual communities. As we thread our way along the wheel of joy and suffering, we want to create light, and dispel the darkness, for ourselves, and others. But I think it is important to discriminate clearly between altering one’s mood and emotional state, through grounding and nature walks, uplifting music and the like, with real, verifiable frequency modulation.
Take this study on heart-centered meditation for instance. It really does shine a light on the potential of heart-filled intention to ‘raise vibration’, even if the study itself is a bit shaky from an academic perspective.
“A scientifically controlled study conducted by German researchers at the University of Kassel has shown that while the chest area of an average person emits only 20 photons of light per second, someone who meditates on their heart center and sends love and light to others emits an amazing 100,000 photons per second. That is 5000 times more than the average human being. Numerous studies have also shown that when these photons are infused with a loving and healing intent, their frequency and vibration increases to the point where they can literally change matter, heal disease, and transform negative events.”
Now consider further the frequencies in which we reside, all day every day, simply by being awake and living our life. Our normal waking state us fluctuating between frequencies of 12-24 Hz in an active, anxiety-dominant, externally-oriented brainwave pattern called Beta. As we relax into meditation, peace and tranquility, this frequency actually decreases to around 8-12 Hz in and Alpha brainwave state and further decreases to 4-8 Hz in the Theta state. It’s true that in Theta you can work some real, objective magic, but the question is, how we raise our vibration. Well now we’re talking about Gamma Wave state at around 35 Hz and above and to authentically raise your vibration, that’s the state to aim for.
