I always felt it difficult to concentrate on Ajna chakra after closing my eyes. Upon hearing the voice of Devananda in a guided meditation session, my body soon automatically started calming down and started focusing on Christ’s consciousness center. After practicing guided meditation several times, I started practicing the solo version. I now feel I’m at the beginner stage in the yogin world. Without a guru, Lord Hanuman couldn’t meet Shri Ram; if one wants to meet Shri Ram, that individual needed a guru. I found mine. If you are reading this, it may mean that you are almost there!
